Old blog out, new blog in!
I'd like to christen the new blog with my new favorite Japanese kiddie rap group - CORICORI!
I saw an ad for this playing on a jumbotron in the street in Tokyo, then I stumbled upon it in a record store. (are they still called record stores? oh, what the hell). Needless to say, I had to buy it! If you google "marimokkori" you can find out more info but the lowdown is....I DON'T KNOW! The green guy is a mascot for the island Hokkaido of Japan. And he has a giant package?! And little boys are singing about it? Makes so much sense.
